Under Law No. 28251; The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) has created the policy against sexual exploitation of children and adolescents (ESNNA) so that the ESNNA code and PERU GRAND TRAVEL have an agreement of joint actions to prevent and eradicate this problem. Therefore, we declare that:

  • We reject the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents ESNNA in Peru and in the world, in general and in particular in its modality associated with travel and tourism, for being a conduct that harms the fundamental rights of people, contrary to the intrinsic objectives of tourism activity in our country.
  • We denounce and condemn those who use the tourist activity and the facilities and services they offer to promote, facilitate or tolerate the occurrence of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents; and by virtue of the above.

Peru Grand Travel subscribes to this Code of Conduct against Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents in Tourism.

This Code is a formal declaration of free adherence that aims to establish the rules of conduct for all the people who work in the company PERU GRAND TRAVEL aimed at protecting children and adolescents from all forms of sexual exploitation and human trafficking associated with travel and tourism.

Likewise, the people who make up this Company, in order to take the necessary measures to protect children and adolescents against sexual exploitation, we commit ourselves to:

  • Maintain an ethical policy of rejection of commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in the context of travel and tourism.
  • Inform and train personnel on the company's policy regarding the prevention of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in travel and tourism.
  • Maintain visible symbols that alert customers and suppliers of the company's position on sexual exploitation of children in travel and tourism.
  • Include a clause in contracts with tourism service providers stating the common rejection of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents. The following paragraph will be used: "Tourism promotes a childhood and adolescence without sexual exploitation, therefore, we do not accept any act that favors the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents".
